MUUV currently serves Osogbo and Ede. Choose your delivery address to find the local kitchens around you.
Can I use my app account here?+
Yes. Your MUUV customer account is the same on the app and the website. Sign in with the same email and password.
How do I pay for an order?+
At checkout, choose your MUUV wallet or secure Paystack checkout. Paystack handles your card or bank details. Your order proceeds after payment is confirmed.
Where can I follow my delivery?+
See your order status under Your orders. Live map tracking and rider messaging are available in the MUUV mobile app.
What happens if a restaurant rejects my paid order?+
When an eligible paid order is cancelled or rejected, its payment is refunded to your MUUV wallet. Check your wallet balance in Your account.
